Q: Is custom-made jewellery expensive?
Not at Gold Craft Jewellery. Because we are not a not a typical retail store and conduct all work on site, we cut out the middle man and are able to pass on huge savings to our customers. Q: Can I use my own diamonds? Yes. As long as the diamonds are in good condition. All diamonds must be accompanied by a “Grading Certificate”.
Q: Do you work with stones other than diamonds?
Yes. We work with any kind of precious stones.
Q: How long will it take for the custom design to be made?
Depending on the complexity of the design, many pieces can be completed within 2-3 weeks.
Q: What kind of precious metals I can choose for my engagement ring?
We are very flexible. Platinum is the best choice for white metal. We also offer Palladium, 19K, 18K, and 14K Gold.
Q: Can you match my wedding ring to an existing engagement ring?
Yes. We can design and create any style required to perfectly fit your engagement ring. We hand carve our wax models to ensure the perfect match. Custom made engagement and wedding rings are our specialty.
Q: How can I be sure I will like the final design?
We work closely with each customer at every development stage. The final product you purchase is the exact replica of the wax model. The final casting stage is not conducted until your approval is given. We guarantee that you will love your custom jewellery.
Q: Do you guarantee your custom work?
Yes! We provide lifetime warranty on custom design jewellery created by Gold Craft against defects in material or craftsmanship, on the condition that every piece of jewellery must be inspected every 6 months. Should an item fail due to a defect in its construction or metal, we will repair it or replace it at no charge. This guarantee does not protect against normal or excessive wear, abuse or loss.
